In this analysis of PACT-HF, investigators looked at long term sex-specific clinical outcomes and healthcare resource utilisation following hospitalisation for heart failure at 5 years.

Findings shows that clinical outcomes and overall costs were similar between male and female patients, although the distribution of costs differed.
