Ms Claire Lew is involved in the running of pharmacist-run cardiology clinics such as the Heart Failure Pharmacist Clinic, Post Percutaneous Intervention (PCI) Pharmacist Clinic, as well as the Anti-coagulation Services in Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
